In this edition, and for the first time in its nine years of experience, Millesime has called the Road to Millesime contest in order to find the best cover to pair with beer. Among the participants of the two hospitality schools invited to compete, the winner was the young chef Jesús Pérez, 32 years old and a native of Seville.
